I am a registered accredited counsellor with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy MBACP (Accred). I work with children, young people and adults and have vast experience in working with a wide range of issues.
Individuals may decide on counselling for many reasons; perhaps you are dealing with a challenging life event, or find you are at a crossroads in life, where you are looking to better understand yourself, your situation and your relationships. Perhaps you may be experiencing concerns or issues which you would like to explore, clarify and resolve.
I use an integrative approach: humanistic, psychodynamic, cognitive, transpersonal and somatic, so that mind, heart, body and spirit are acknowledged, honoured, expressed and integrated. Combining a holistic approach, and incorporating diverse, inspirational and motivational methods, I will work in partnership with you, supporting you through your own powerful process of personal discovery and positive change.
