The Yogic Approach is based on philosophy supported by yogic science and energetic physiology. It is an integrated approach, working on an “inside out” view. This encourages investigating and experiencing our relationship with our inner being (our soul) and our relationship with our outer environment, and the interconnection between them.

Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, is often referred to as the Yoga of Awareness. Kundalini literally means “the coil in the hair of the beloved” but symbolises the unveiling of inner awareness of our spiritual nature.
We can choose to explore the Yogic Approach to sacred living in all areas of life – body acceptance, self-acceptance, self-empowerment, relationships, transformations and transitions, loss and death – regular practices can help to release conditioning within the body, emotions, thoughts and energy.
Kundalini Yoga involves a programme of experiential practices focusing on traditional pranayama (breathing practices), kriyas (specially formulated sets of exercises), meditation and mantra.
